- Clear single kayak: cannot exceed 350 pounds
- Clear paddle board: cannot exceed 200 pounds
- Adult paddle board (not clear): cannot exceed 250 pounds
Experience level: All levels are welcome.

Who can you accommodate for?

Children: All children under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Individuals with disabilities: The experience is not wheelchair accessible, but service animals are allowed.
Pets: Yes, this is a dog friendly rental!

What to expect on the day of the experience?

Duration: 2 hours
What’s included:
- Paddleboard or kayak, and all safety gear
- Dry bag for keys and phone
- Brief lesson
Who will be present: Just the members of your group.
Spectators: No spectators are allowed, everyone must have a reservation.
Photo/ video: Photos are encouraged!
Specific rules to follow: The experience provider will provide you with all rules the day of the rental.

How to prepare?

Weather dependency: This rental experience is weather dependent. Please reach out to the experience provider directly if you have any concerns about the weather.
Arrival: Plan to arrive 30 minutes in advance.
Parking: There is street parking and a parking garage near the meeting location. There is also public transportation nearby.
What to wear: A bathing suit or workout attire.
What to bring:
- A bottle of water, sunscreen, and sunglasses
- A towel and change of clothing for after the tour
Restrooms: It is recommended to use the restroom before you arrive.

Anything else I should know before going on this experience?

Swimming is not needed for kayaking or paddleboarding. To stay safe, wear a personal floatation device at all times. If participants are not comfortable on the water or cannot swim, please let your guide know prior to the start of the tour.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 24 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
