What to expect on the day of the experience?

Duration: 5 hours, typically running from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm, Sunday through Friday.
What’s included: Transportation, 12 wine tastings across 2 wineries, 4 beer tastings at one brewery, complimentary beer served in transit, and bottled water on the bus.
Who will be present: A guide will be with you throughout the tour, along with other guests.
Specific rules to follow: Smoking is not allowed on the bus or at the tasting venues.

How to prepare?

Weather dependency: The experience operates rain or shine.
Arrival: Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start time.
Parking: Parking information will be provided upon booking confirmation.
What to wear: Comfortable clothing and footwear suitable for a day of tastings and moderate walking.
What to bring:
- A valid photo ID to verify age.
- Payment method for any optional purchases or upgrades.
Restrooms/lockers/changing rooms: Restrooms will be available at each location visited.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 72 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 72 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
