Experience the Treetop Adventure course, an ongoing test that keeps you rooted in the present moment. More than just ziplines, this 2-3-hour journey guides you through the breathtaking forest canopy, immersing you in a visually stunning natural world that awakens every sense.

Kick off your adventure with a safety briefing, where we provide you with a harness and our skilled instructors walk you through the essentials.

Each site begins with a rope ladder or stairs inviting you to ascend into the trees. Establish your connections and begin your climb!

Tackle wobbly bridges, conquer challenging crossings, and if you're brave enough, conquer our unique Tarzan swings, complete with heart-racing free falls.

Wrap up your adventure as you glide down our exhilarating ziplines to the forest floor. Then, do it all over again to multiply the excitement.

Any restrictions to participate?

• Age: 10+
• Weight: 285 pounds or less.
• Height: At least 4’7”
• Health limitations: 
  • We strongly advise prospective guests with pre-existing medical conditions to confer with their doctor prior to booking a Go Ape Treetop Adventure.
  • Go Ape recommends that pregnant women do not take part on the course.
• Physical limitations: The Go Ape course does require a degree of physical fitness but if you can climb up a rope ladder you should be fine.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: 2-3 hours.
• What’s included: 
  • Admission to the course with a 30 minute safety course.
  • Safety gear, equipment, harness.
• Who will be present: This is a self guided course, but other participants will be present. Instructors will also be patrolling the forest regularly.
• Spectators: Spectators are allowed and encouraged to watch and explore the park and its beautiful trails from below.
• Photo/ video: Spectators may take photos and videos, but participants will not be able to.
• Specific rules to follow: Your instructors will give a safety training with rules the day of the experience.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: Go Ape will operate rain or shine but close for dangerous weather, such as thunderstorms or high winds. If we happen to close on the day of your event, we’ll contact you as soon as possible to reschedule.

• Arrival: Plan to arrive 20 minutes in advance

• Parking: There is available parking on site.

• What to wear: 

  • Clothes that can get dirty (dress for the weather)
  • Closed toed shoes (ankle supporting boots recommended, but sneakers are okay).
  • Gloves required. Please bring your own or plan to purchase them on site.
  • Long hair has to be tied back, waists covered and body piercings and jewelry removed and taped over.

• What to bring:

  • You may want to bring a change of clothing for the journey home.

• Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: There will be restrooms, changing rooms and lockers on site.

• Anything else I should know before going on this experience?

  • All participants are required to sign a waiver.

Who can you accommodate for?

• Pets: Pets are not permitted.
• Individuals with disabilities: Go Ape has certain age, height, and weight restrictions for safety purposes. All people who meet these criteria are welcome onto the courses. Given the degree of challenge on our courses, for some participants with special needs we require certain measures be put in place for a participant’s safety. This may mean that additional equipment and/or levels of supervision will be required for safe participation. A fundamental requirement for all guests to participate is the ability to climb a rope ladder unaided. All participants are given a training session in the use of safety equipment and systems prior to going onto a course. It is vital that all participants are able to understand this training and be able to apply it throughout the course. A participant with a disability must assess whether or not they will be able to complete the course safely. As always, safety is a top priority. While each participant is required to determine their own risk assessment, in certain circumstances it is necessary for Go Ape to impose legitimate safety requirements that are necessary for safe operation. As a result, there is not specific requirements for various disabilities that include having 1-2 escorts for each participant with a disability. Go Ape will not charge for these escorts that are above the standard supervision requirement. Moreover, in the event that at least 2 weeks’ notice is provided, Go Ape will attempt to provide sign-language interpreters and additional escorts if possible.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 7 days before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 7 days in advance means losing the value of your experience.
