Job purpose
The Affiliate & Influencer Marketing Manager is a key member of the Marketing Team at Giftory, primarily responsible for growing our affiliate and influencer program. You will have proven experience in the US affiliate market and evidence of growing relationships at a high level with the full funnel of affiliates and partners. You will need to be very hands on and be confident owning and exceeding your channel’s KPIs. You will be a key member of the marketing team and will work closely with other team leads to define and deliver our trade plan for our ambitious growth.
You will need to be extremely comfortable with the start up “do more with less” mentality and be creative about delivering your strategy in a cost effective way.

Key Responsibilities include
- Responsible for Affiliate and Influencer KPIs and targets
- Develop and execute a comprehensive affiliate and influencer marketing strategy to drive traffic, sales, and brand awareness.
- Identify growth opportunities and new partnerships in the gifting and experience space (eg., driving, flying, dining, creative, hotels etc)
- Pitch affiliate partners our campaigns for specific gifting moments (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Black Friday and Christmas)
- Act as the primary point of contact for affiliates, resolving any issues and fostering long-term partnerships
- Monitor and analyze affiliate performance metrics, including traffic, conversion rates, and ROI
- Optimize campaigns and creatives to improve affiliate performance and maximize revenue
- Working with your counterparts in the marketing team to deliver an aligned campaign & trade plan to achieve overall business objectives
- Planning and executing big customer acquisition campaigns at key times of the year along with our seasonal campaigns
- Supporting with Performance Marketing at key times of the year
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partner management, or digital marketing
- Proven success in growing affiliate programs and driving revenue growth
- Working within a highly commercial ecommerce team with accountability for delivering on targets
- Proficiency with affiliate marketing platforms such as AWIN
- Strong analytical capabilities, including experience of Google Analytics
- High attention to detail, and capable of strong written and verbal communication skills, suitable for all levels of stakeholder
- Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and other performance marketing channels is a plus.
- Experience with Google Ads a plus but not essential

- You need to be comfortable rolling your sleeves up and get stuck into the detail, whilst also being comfortable stepping away and taking on a more strategic role the rest of the time.
Location
Based in the US but remote as Giftory is a remote-first company with team members in the US, UK, France, UAE, Egypt, Pakistan and Philippines.
