i liked that we receive a follow up email from an actual human. it made it easy to direct the remaining questions i had. i think it should be clearer during the gift claim (if you have multiple gifts/vouchers to claim) that all gifts have been accounted for. that was the remaining question i had which was answered via email after the fact
