Hotel Stay Information

• Age requirement: You must be 18 years or older to check into the hotel.

• Check-in/check-out: Hotel check-in and check-out times vary. Please confirm with your selected hotel in advance.
• Pets: Most hotels do not allow pets. Check with the hotel directly if you plan to bring one.

• What’s included:A $200 Michelin Gift Card to use at any participating Michelin-starred or Michelin-recommended restaurant from our collection.
• The flexibility to choose when and where to dine, based on restaurant availability (from a carefully curated list of Michelin restaurants offered).
• Reservations: Most Michelin-starred restaurants require reservations at least 30 days in advance. To secure your preferred date, confirm your reservation directly with the restaurant before redeeming your Giftory voucher for the Michelin Gift Card.
• Dress code: Many Michelin-starred restaurants have a formal or business casual dress code. Check the restaurant’s policy in advance to ensure you're dressed appropriately.
• Parking: Most restaurants offer street or garage parking within a short walk. Availability varies by location.
• Photos & videos: You may take photos during your dining experience, but some fine-dining restaurants may have restrictions—check with your chosen restaurant.

Additional Considerations

• Credit card requirement: A credit card is required at the time of booking to secure your restaurant reservation.
• Flights & travel: Flights and additional travel arrangements are not included in this package.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference.

All bookings are final and no cancellations will be allowed once the experience is booked. The rescheduling policy will depend on the hotel and restaurant chosen.
