• Children: Children 3 years and younger are free. All children under the age of 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
• Individuals with disabilities: 360 CHICAGO is ADA-compliant and committed to making the guest experience memorable and accessible for all guests. Elevators and restrooms can accommodate wheelchairs, scooters, and strollers. Ramps around the observation deck make the entire 360-degree experience easy to enjoy for everyone. Service dogs are welcome with proper identification. 
• Languages: High definition interactive touch screens are offered in English, Spanish, Portuguese, German, French, and Chinese. Guests have the opportunity to gaze upon their favorite views and interactively learn about the sights from every angle imaginable. The panoramic touch screens feature 360-degree views of the Chicago skyline as well as information on the city’s history, architecture, natural scenery, and culture. 
• Pets: Sorry, no pets allowed.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: You are welcome to stay as long as you like. Most guests spend about 60 to 90 minutes enjoying the experience.
• What’s included: Your ticket includes entry to the 94th-floor observation deck and access to the CloudWalk experience and CloudBar. The CloudBar is an 18 seat bar that celebrates Chicago's 77 neighborhoods with a locally inspired cocktail menu and illustrations from renowned Chicago street artist, Lauren Asta.
• Who will be present: This is a self-guided experience, however 360 CHICAGO staff and other guests will be present. 
• Spectators: No spectators are allowed, everyone must have a ticket.
• Photo/ video: Photos and video are encouraged (except in the Tilt room)!

• Weather dependency: This is an indoor experience.
• Arrival: Plan to arrive a few minutes in advance.

Yes! This is an anytime entry ticket, so you can visit during the day, at sunset, or in the evening.

Does this ticket include the Tilt experience?

The Tilt experience is not included but can be purchased as an add-on at the venue.

Is the observation deck wheelchair accessible?

Yes, the entire Chicago observation deck experience is fully accessible.

Can I bring a camera for photos?

Absolutely. In fact, 360 CHICAGO is a favorite spot for cityscape photography and skyline shots.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.
