Experience the charm of Canzelle Alpacas with a one-hour group farm tour. Visitors will have the opportunity to interact closely with alpacas, feeling their soft fiber and even giving them hugs and kisses. The tour includes visits to various pastures, where guests can see mothers and babies, as well as special show animals like star champion Lulu and the dancing Swahili. In addition to alpacas, the farm is home to llamas, sheep, horses, peacocks, chickens, dogs, and Archie the Filipino water buffalo. After the tour, guests can visit the gift shop, which offers a wide range of alpaca products.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Who will be present: You will have a tour guide with you at all times; other guests may be joining, with a limit of up to 20 people per tour.
• Photo/ video: You may take your own photos; photos are encouraged.

• Weather dependency: Tours will run regardless of weather conditions. Be prepared for the environment.
• Arrival: Plan to arrive 15 minutes in advance to ensure a timely start.
• Parking: Free parking is available on-site.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 24 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
