  • Who will be present: You will be joined by other patrons in the movie theatre. Theatre capacities vary from 50-500 seats, but are most commonly 50-100 seats. 
  • Photo/ video: AMC Theatres generally prohibit the use of cameras and recording devices, including photography, during movie screenings.
  • Specific rules to follow: No outside food or drink. Cell phones must be silenced, and seat arrangements followed.

How do I use my AMC tickets after downloading them?
Present your ticket at the box office or concessions crew for redemption or go online to https://www.amctheatres.com/ to redeem your ticketFor online redemption:

  1. Go online to https://www.amctheatres.com/
  2. Pick your movie theater location and movie you would like to book
  3. Click “Get Tickets” and select your time and seats 4. Continue and enter the number of tickets you want (Note: You cannot book drink and popcorn tickets online. You will need to visit the food and beverage kiosk at the AMC Movie Theatre with your tickets to receive these items.)
  4. When you reach the payment screen, enter your 12-digit and 16-digit barcode in the “Ticket Voucher” area (Click Enter a Ticket Voucher Number)
  5. Click “Apply” after entering the first ticket voucher number to enter the next one (if you have multiple vouchers)
  6. The movie theater tickets will be covered, but please note that you will be responsible for the payment of a small convenience fee and taxes (at some locations)
  7. Present your popcorn and drink tickets at the food and beverage kiosk at the AMC Movie Theatre

Can I use my mobile device to present the tickets?

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once you have received your tickets.
