Who can you accommodate for?

• Children: all must hold a valid ticket.
• Individuals with disabilities: The venue is accessible, but please verify exact needs with the venue in advance.
• Pets: Trained service dogs are welcome inside the building and must remain on a leash or in a harness at all times. Under the ADA, Title II and III, a service animal must be a dog (or miniature horse) that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability. Comfort animals do not have rights under the ADA and are prohibited. Animal relief area is provided in Lot F.

    • Please note: Any unused portion of the credit will be forfeited and cannot be applied to future purchases or refunded.
• Who will be present: Venue staff and audience members
• Spectators: Only ticketed guests are permitted entry.
• Photo/ video: Personal photos may be taken before the show begins. Flash photography and video recording are typically not permitted during the show
• Specific rules to follow: All guests must comply with venue safety and staff instructions.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: This is an indoor venue.
• Arrival: Arrive 15–30 minutes prior to showtime to allow for check-in and seating.
• Parking: Verify with the venue in advance
• What to wear: weather appropriate clothing
• What to bring:
  • Valid photo ID.
  • Your digital or printed ticket.
• Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: Restrooms are available within the venue.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

Exchanges are only valid if the original experience has not yet been redeemed and must apply to the full value of the original voucher. Partial exchanges are not permitted once this experience has been redeemed.

No refunds or rescheduling are allowed once the experience is booked.
