Who can you accommodate for?

• Children: Children 4 years old and under are free, and all children under 15 years old must be accompanied by an adult. All children must be closely supervised to ensure their safety and the safety of the artwork.
• Individuals with disabilities: The space is fully accessible, allowing mobility devices such as wheelchairs and walkers. Some individual installations may have an intended use or method of interaction that may be difficult for some visitors, but each is nonetheless fully maneuverable and compliant with the ADA. Please note that some programs utilize strong lighting effects and loud sounds.
• Pets: Sorry, no pets allowed.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: Tickets are for individual hour-long sessions. Visitors may stay longer when space allows, but ARTECHOUSE reserves the right to enforce the one-hour limit if needed.
• What’s included: Entrance to ARTECHOUSE.
• Who will be present: There will be ARTECHOUSE employees as well as other visitors.
• Spectators: No spectators are allowed, everyone must have a ticket and reservation.
• Photo/ video: Photography for personal use is allowed without flash. Commercial photography and professional equipment are prohibited.
• Specific rules to follow: Outside food or beverages, including gum, inside the art space is prohibited. Bottled water is permitted only in non-exhibit areas. ARTECHOUSE is a smoke-free art space, including e-cigarettes and vaporizers. Smoking is prohibited on the premises, while inside the confines of the building or within 25 feet of the entrance.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: This is an indoor experience.
• Arrival: Plan to arrive a few minutes in advance
• Parking: ARTECHOUSE does not offer or validate parking. Visitors should refer to location-specific pages for public transportation and parking details.
• What to bring: 
  • A valid government-issued photo ID 
  • It's recommended to download the ARTECHOUSE XR app before visiting.
  • Suitcases, luggage, large backpacks, and bags larger than 16” are not permitted in the exhibit space and cannot be checked or left with staff. Strollers are not permitted in the exhibit space; however, can be left behind the front desk.

   

• Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: There are public restrooms at ARTECHOUSE.

Anything else I should know before going on this experience?

• Installations are highly immersive and some may use strong lighting effects as well as loud surround sound.
  • This exhibition is not recommended for individuals with a family or personal history of photosensitive epilepsy, anxiety, claustrophobia, migraines, heart conditions, and/or sensitivity to flashing lights.
  • Installations are highly immersive and may cause disorientation, as such are not recommended for individuals who may become easily unbalanced.
  • Installations may use strong lighting effects as well as loud surround sound.
  • Installations may use technologies that capture your likeness and intended to further immerse you into the artwork on view.
