What to expect on the day of the experience?

  • Duration: This class is approximately 2 hours long.
  • What’s included: All instruction, equipment and ingredients needed
  • Who will be present: You will have a teacher with you at all times; also, other guests may be joining (from 8 to 26 people). 
  • Spectators: Everyone must have a ticket/reservations.
  • Photo/ video: Photography is allowed and encouraged.

How to prepare?

  • Weather dependency: Experience is indoors.
  • Arrival: Plan to arrive 15 minutes in advance.
  • Parking: You can park at the experience location.
  • What to wear: We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and shoes. Please dress in clothing you won't mind getting dirty.
  • What to bring: No outside drinks are allowed. Drinks are available for purchase from the venue and are not included in the ticket price.
  • Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: There are restrooms at the experience location.

Full description

In this hands-on cooking class experience, a Chef Instructor will teach guests how to make traditional dumpling dough from scratch. Then, guests will create fillings to fill their homemade dumplings, using a variety of chef-demonstrated folding techniques. The fillings available will be ground beef and/or vegan (mushroom). The Chef Instructor will demonstrate how to both steam and pan fry the dumplings so you can practice your favorite technique(s) on your own at home. Once your dumplings are cooked, you will enjoy tasting them with an easy-to-make dipping sauce.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 48 hours before the class for groups of less than 6 people and 14 days for groups of 6 people or more. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly.
