What to expect on the day of the experience?

Duration: 2 hours
What’s included: All equipment, ingredients and instruction are included. Drinks are NOT included in the ticket price, but you are welcome to BYOB (beer, wine, or champagne).
Who will be present: You will have a master chef teaching you, as well as additional class participants. Minimum 8 and maximum 26 participants. Please note the class can be canceled if the minimum participant requirement is not met.
Spectators: No spectators are allowed, everyone must have a reservation.
Photo/ video: You are welcome to take your own photos and videos during the class.

How to prepare?

Weather dependency: This is an indoor experience.
Arrival: Plan to arrive 15 minutes in advance.
Parking: Guests may park anywhere around the venue.
Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: There are restrooms available.

What should I expect on the day of the class?

Arrive a few minutes early to check in with the chef instructor using the ticket holder’s name. No need to bring a printed confirmation. The class will typically start with an introduction and a brief overview of the recipes you'll be preparing. Ingredients and cooking stations will be provided, and the chef will guide you through each step. After cooking, you'll enjoy the delicious meal you've created.

Cooking classes are designed to be a social and interactive experience. Working in groups encourages collaboration, allows for sharing of tips and techniques, and enhances the fun of the learning process. It's also a great way to meet new people who share your interests.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 48 hours before the class for groups of less than 6 people and 14 days for groups of 6 people or more. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly.
