Bagel-making is a genuinely hands-on process, and this 2.5-hour class covers every step. Students mix the dough, shape their bagels, work through the boiling technique that defines a proper New York bagel, and finish by preparing their own toppings and sandwich fillings, with a chef instructor guiding the session throughout.
All ingredients and equipment are included, all skill levels are welcome, and participants take home the bagels they bake. This experience is available at studio kitchens in both Hoboken, NJ and New York City, with location selectable at the time of booking.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.
No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 5 days before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 5 days in advance means losing the value of your experience.
