Any restrictions to participate?

Age: 11+
Height: Must at least 4’9”
Weight: Must weight at least 80 pounds
Physical limitations: Participants need to be able to get in and out of the vehicle.

Who can you accommodate for?

Children: All participants must be at least 11 years old and 4’9” tall. All children under the age of 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. For safety reasons the experience is not recommended for children under the age of 24 months.
Individuals with disabilities: Service animals are allowed onsite.
Pets: Sorry, no pets allowed.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

Duration: Plan to be at the track for at least an hour.
What’s included: A ride-along with a professional driver as well as a helmet.
Who will be present: You will have a professional driver with you at all times in the truck. There will be up to 10 other participants in your group, but only one participant at a time in the truck with the driver.
Spectators: Spectators are welcome to watch and take videos and photos from a secure viewing area.
Photo/ video: Photos and video are encouraged. You may also purchase an on-board video package at the time of check in.
Specific rules to follow: All participants must sign a waiver or have a legal guardian sign on their behalf.

How to prepare?

Weather dependency: Rain or shine, the experience will be running.
Arrival: Plan to arrive 15 minutes in advance.
Parking: There is parking available onsite.
What to wear: Participants need to wear comfortable clothes and closed-toe shoes, preferably sneakers. Helmets are mandatory and provided free of charge. Sandals and high-heels are not allowed.
What to bring:
- Valid photo ID
- Gratuity for your driver is greatly appreciated if you enjoy the experience. Suggested gratuity is $15-$30 depending on the number of laps selected.
Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: There are restrooms available onsite, but no lockers or changing rooms.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked. No-shows mean losing the value of your experience.
