    • Please note: Any unused portion of the credit will be forfeited and cannot be applied to future purchases or refunded.
• Spectators: Only ticketed guests are allowed entry.
• Photo/ video: Photos are permitted before the show; flash photography and video recording are not allowed during the performance.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: This is an indoor experience and runs regardless of weather conditions.
• Arrival: Arrive ~30 minutes early to get seated, as late seating may not be permitted.
• Parking: Please consider using public transportation or ride-share apps
• What to wear: Smart casual attire is recommended.
• What to bring:

  • Photo ID for entry if required
• Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: Restrooms are available inside the venue; no lockers or changing rooms are provided.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

Exchanges are only valid if the original experience has not yet been redeemed and must apply to the full value of the original voucher. Partial exchanges are not permitted once this experience has been redeemed.

No refunds or rescheduling are allowed once the experience is booked.
