Any restrictions to participate?

Age: Passengers must be at least 7 years of age .
Weight: 300 lbs per passenger - passengers weighing 300 pounds (136 kg) or more will be charged for an additional comfort seat. All airplane passengers will be weighed at the time of check-in.
Health limitations: It's recommended that pregnant women check with the healthcare provider if flying is allowed.
Physical limitations: The airplanes are wheelchair accessible.

Who can you accommodate for?

Children: Adults and children need a ticket.
Languages: Narrations are available in Chinese - Mandarin & Cantonese, Dutch, English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, and Spanish.
Pets: No pets allowed

What to expect on the day of the experience?

Duration:
- Flight Duration: Approximately 1 1/2 hours
- Ground Time at Bryce Canyon: Approximately 3 1/2 hours, including airport pick up
- Tour Duration: Approximately 14 hours from hotel pickup to hotel drop off

Who will be present: You and your pilot will be accompanied by other tour participants, with a maximum of 6 per plane.

Specific rules to follow:
- All passengers are required to reconfirm their tour at least 24 hours in advance by contacting our reservations department at 702-835-8477. Please have your reservation number available. The partner's specialists are available daily from 5:00 am to 11:00 pm (Pacific Time). Reservations without confirmed pick-up information will be wait-listed.
- Baggage Restrictions - Purses, backpacks, and other baggage are not permitted on the aircraft due to limited space.
Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: Restrooms available

Pilot gratuity is not included and is left to individual discretion.
FUEL SURCHARGE: Due to the increased price of aviation fuel, a temporary fuel surcharge between $5 - $30 per seat is in effect and is collected at the time of check-in.

Boarding the Scenic Airplane: Step on board a specially equipped airplane featuring high wings and large windows, providing optimal viewing and air-conditioned comfort throughout the flight.
En Route to Bryce Canyon: Embark on a scenic route, treating yourself to panoramic views of Hoover Dam, the serene beauty of Lake Mead, and the stunning landscapes of Zion National Park as you make your way to Bryce Canyon.
Bryce Canyon Exploration: Upon arrival at Bryce Canyon airport, dive into a 3.5-hour guided tour of Bryce Canyon. Explore the Lower and Middle Amphitheaters, covering 3 miles of manageable terrain, capturing the unique beauty of this natural wonder.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 48 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 48 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience. Flights are subject to cancellation due to lack of passenger demand, weather, etc.
