Who can you accommodate for?

• Children: All children under the age of 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
• Pets: Sorry, no pets allowed.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: 4 hours
• What’s included: Wake surfing, boat driving, new boat familiarization, wave dialing.
• Who will be present: You will have an instructor with you at all times. There may be up to 10 total participants in your group.
• Spectators: No spectators are allowed, everyone must be included in the reservation.
• Photo/ video: You may take your own photos, photos are encouraged!
• Specific rules to follow:

  • No pets
  • No smoking

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: Rain or shine, the experience will be running
• Arrival: Plan to arrive 15 minutes in advance
• Parking: Parking details will depend on the chosen location. Please inquire for specifics.

  • Water/drinks
  • Snacks
  • Gratuity for your instructor
• Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: No changing rooms but there will be bathroom breaks

Anything else I should know before going on this experience?

• The equipment will be provided, but it is necessary to bring personal essentials such as towels and sunscreen.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 5 days before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 5 days in advance means losing the value of your experience.
