What to expect on the day of the experience?

  • Duration: 2 hours.
  • What’s included: All the equipment and ingredients will be provided.
  • Who will be present: You will work around other students in groups of 2. Minimum 8 guests, maximum 26 guests will be present.
  • Spectators: No spectators are allowed, everyone must have a ticket/reservations.
  • Photo/ video: You may take your own photos and videos.

How to prepare?

  • Weather dependency: This is an indoor experience

  • Arrival: Plan to arrive 15 minutes in advance

  • Parking: Street parking available. Please arrive early if you plan to drive and park.

  • Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: There will be restrooms at the experience location.

  • Anything else I should know before going on this experience?

    • The nature of our classes are set up so that booking parties will work together during class, sharing both ingredients and equipment. 
    • Drinks are NOT included in the ticket price. However, guests are welcome to bring their own wine or beer.
    • Class level: Beginner

Transport yourself to Italy for an evening dedicated to mastering the classic Fettuccine Alfredo. Discover the art of crafting this indulgent dish from the ground up—creating pasta dough, expertly using a pasta roller, and forming both Fettuccine and Tagliatelle varieties. Your chef instructor will guide you through the process of crafting the rich and creamy Alfredo sauce from scratch.

At the end of the class, relish a delightful plate of pasta, and to complement your meal, feel free to bring along your favorite bottle of wine as this class is BYOB!

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 48 hours before the class for groups of less than 6 people and 14 days for groups of 6 people or more. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows mean losing the value of your experience. Rescheduling less than 48 hours in advance is subject to a $20 per person rescheduling fee.
