In this engaging and hands-on cooking class, you'll delve into the secrets behind crafting a traditional potato dough from scratch. You'll embark on a culinary journey to master the art of making gnocchi using russet potatoes. Your skilled chef instructor will walk you through the process of creating both a classic red sauce and a delectable brown garlic and herb sauce to accompany your gnocchi.
Throughout the class, you'll acquire essential culinary skills, from perfecting gnocchi dough to sautéing onions and garlic, crafting a roux, reducing liquids over heat, and much more!
The ingredients are meticulously sourced to be the freshest to let their natural flavors shine in these versatile recipes. To cap off the experience, everyone will savor their pasta creations with both sauces at the conclusion of the class. Feel free to bring your own beer, wine, or champagne (BYOB) to enhance your culinary adventure! Should the weather permit, our charming outdoor patio offers additional seating to enjoy your meal and drinks.
No prior experience is necessary! We provide all the necessary equipment and ingredients, readily available at local markets if you don't already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are laid-back, designed to be both fun and instructive, and suitable for both cooking enthusiasts eager to participate in every step and first-timers content to observe, assist, or indulge in taste testing.
Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.
If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.
No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 48 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows mean losing the value of your experience. Rescheduling less than 48 hours in advance is subject to a $20 per person rescheduling fee.
