Immerse yourself in an interactive and casual, hands-on class where you'll craft your very own exquisite ravioli dish right from the raw ingredients. From the tender dough to the flavorful filling and creamy sauce, you'll create everything from the ground up with the help of your chef instructor. Learn secrets, techniques, and nuances behind mastering an authentic pasta masterpiece – a feat that would surely make any Italian Nonna beam with pride!

During this fun and instructive class, you'll dive into the art of crafting pasta dough, meticulously cutting and skillfully stuffing it with a delectable potato and ricotta mixture. Guided by your chef instructor, you'll shape these parcels of goodness into perfect ravioli, and learn how to make a Spinach Cream Sauce.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

  • Duration: 2.25 hours.
  • What’s included: All the equipment and ingredients will be provided. Drinks are not included, but are available for purchase.
  • Who will be present: You will work around other students, with a minimum of 8 guests, and maximum of 26 guests.
  • Spectators: No spectators are allowed, everyone must have a ticket/reservations.
  • Photo/ video: You may take your own photos and videos.

How to prepare?

  • Weather dependency: This is an indoor experience

  • Arrival: Plan to arrive 15 minutes in advance

  • Parking: Street and garage parking available at the location.

  • Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: There will be restrooms at the experience location.

  • Anything else I should know before going on this experience?

    • The class is set up so that booking parties will work together during class, sharing both ingredients and equipment.

FAQs

What should I expect on the day of the class?

Arrive a few minutes early to check in with the chef instructor using the ticket holder’s name. No need to bring a printed confirmation. The class will typically start with an introduction and a brief overview of the recipes you'll be preparing. Ingredients and cooking stations will be provided, and the chef will guide you through each step. After cooking, you'll enjoy the delicious meal you've created.

Why do classes work together in groups?

Cooking classes are designed to be a social and interactive experience. Working in groups encourages collaboration, allows for sharing of tips and techniques, and enhances the fun of the learning process. It's also a great way to meet new people who share your interests.

Can you accommodate food allergies?

Will I eat the food after cooking?

Yes! Enjoying the meal you've prepared is the best reward for all your efforts.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 15 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 48 hours before the class for groups of less than 6 people and 14 days for groups of 6 people or more. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows mean losing the value of your experience. Rescheduling less than 48 hours in advance is subject to a $20 per person rescheduling fee. A minimum of 8 participants is required for the class to run. If the minimum is not met, the provider reserves the right to cancel the class and will make every effort to reschedule customers.
