Any restrictions to participate?

• Age: Minimum age is 8 years old.
• Physical limitations: Participants should be capable of pedaling for the duration of the cruise.
• Experience level: All levels are welcome.

Who can you accommodate for?

• Children: All participants, including children, must pay to participate. All participants under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
• Pets: Sorry, pets are not allowed.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: 1 hour 45 minutes
• What’s included: A pedal barge cruise on Clear Lake, Bluetooth-enabled music system.
• Who will be present: The experience may include up to 12 participants pedaling, with additional guests allowed up to boat capacity. It is a public or private cruise, depending on the booking.
• Photo/ video: Personal photos are encouraged; participants can bring their own cameras or phones.
• Specific rules to follow: No swimming or smoking allowed during the trip.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: The experience will run regardless of weather conditions.
• Arrival: Plan to arrive 30 minutes in advance. If late, there is a 5-minute grace period before being marked as a no-show.
• Parking: Parking is available at the Lakeside Yachting Center.
• What to wear: Dress appropriately for the weather, including a hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen.
• What to bring: BYOB (bring your own beer, booze, and food), water, boat decorations, party favors, super soakers, and a music playlist for the boat.
• Restrooms: Restrooms are available at the meeting location before boarding.

Anything else I should know before going on this experience?

• A minimum of 4 seats must be booked for public tours to proceed. If this minimum is not met, guests will be contacted to reschedule or offered a refund.
• All passengers must sign waivers before the cruise.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 72 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 72 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
