What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: 2 hours. Tour may go slightly longer based on participant engagement throughout the experience.
• What’s included:
  • Boat, Captain, & Guide
  • Fuel & PFDs for each person
  • Cooler with ice and water
• Who will be present: You will have a captain and guide with you at all times. The boat accommodates up to 6 guests.
• Spectators: No spectators are allowed, everyone must have a ticket/reservation.
• Photo/ video: You may take your own photos. Additional professional photography packages are available for purchase.
• Specific rules to follow: Alcohol is allowed onboard but please avoid bringing glass containers.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: The tour is weather-dependent. If canceled due to weather, rescheduling will be offered.
• Arrival: Plan to arrive 10 minutes in advance.
• Parking: Parking can be difficult to find during peak hours, especially on weekends and late afternoons. Rideshare is recommended.
• What to wear: Sunglasses, hat, and sunscreen.
• What to bring:
  • Drinks and food (BYOB, no glass)
  • Gratuity for your crew
• Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: No changing rooms available, but there will be bathroom breaks.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 48 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 48 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
