• Physical limitations: Need to be able to walk approximately 1 mile

What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: 1.5 hours (+ or - 15 minutes depending on group size and pace)
• What’s included: Guided ghost tour of Cheesman Park, stories of paranormal activity and the history of Denver’s first city cemetery
• Who will be present: You will have a guide with you at all times; other guests may be joining (up to 15 people total)
• Photo/ video: You may take your own photos; photos are encouraged!
• Specific rules to follow: Sorry, no pets allowed.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: Rain or shine, the experience will be running
• Arrival: Plan to arrive 10 minutes in advance
• Parking: There is no public parking available within Cheesman Park. Street parking is available in the surrounding neighborhoods. The closest street parking to the meeting location is off of 11th and Race.
• What to wear: Comfortable walking shoes and dress appropriately for the weather
• What to bring:
  • Water
  • Comfortable clothing suitable for the weather
• Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: Public restrooms are limited within the park; there are a few portable toilets available near the meeting location

Anything else I should know before going on this experience?

• Tours require a minimum of 2 guests to operate; if the minimum is not met, a full refund will be provided
• Gratuities are graciously accepted

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 24 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
