What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: 90 minutes, with specific start times for Wednesday and Saturday fireworks shows.
• What’s included: Spectacular views of the fireworks and Chicago skyline. Drinks available for purchase.
• Who will be present: Certified and experienced crew members, including the captain and guide.
• Spectators: No spectators are allowed; everyone must have a ticket.
• Photo/video: Guests are encouraged to take their own photos and videos.
• Specific rules to follow: Smoking is not allowed on the boat. Guests are expected to follow safety instructions provided by the crew.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: The sail goes on rain or shine, but may be cancelled by the captain in extreme conditions.
• Arrival: Guests must arrive at least 45 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
• Parking: Available at Navy Pier; public transportation is recommended.
• What to wear: Dress for the weather; layers are recommended. Comfortable shoes are advised.
• What to bring: Camera, and a jacket or blanket for cooler evenings.
• Restrooms/lockers/changing rooms: Restrooms are available on the boat. No lockers or changing rooms.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 48 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 48 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
