  • Pets: Pets are not permitted. Only service animals are allowed.
What to expect on the day of the experience?
  • Duration: 2.5 hours (boarding begins prior to departure; buffet service is open at boarding and closes 30 minutes after sailing).

  • Spectators: No spectators are permitted; all attendees must have tickets.
  • Photo/ video: Personal photos are welcome. Boarding photos are offered for purchase.
  • Specific rules to follow:
  • Alcohol only for those 21+ with valid ID
  • Smoking and vaping are not permitted indoors
  • Guests are expected to follow crew instructions for safety
How to prepare?
  • Weather dependency: Cruises operate rain or shine.
  • Arrival: Plan to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to departure. Boarding typically begins 30 minutes before sailing.
  • Parking: Parking available at Station Square (fees may apply). Ride share is also encouraged.
  • What to wear: Casual or dressy-casual attire recommended. Comfortable shoes encouraged for walking the decks and dancing.
  • What to bring:
  • Valid photo ID (required for alcohol purchases)
  • Camera or phone for photos
  • Payment method for bar purchases, specialty cocktails, or souvenir photos
  • What’s not allowed: Outside food or drinks, pets (except service animals).
  • Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: Restrooms are available on board. No changing rooms or lockers provided.
Anything else I should know before going on this experience?
  • Gratuities for exceptional service may be given at guest discretion.
  • Celebrations (birthdays, anniversaries, etc.) can be acknowledged by the DJ/host during the cruise—notify the host upon boarding.
  • Guests are welcome to explore all accessible decks for views during the cruise.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 15 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds or reschedulings are allowed once the experience is booked.
