After purchase, you can request your preferred dates and times by following the instructions in the email you receive. If it's a gift, the recipient will also get an email with booking instructions.

Any restrictions to participate?

  • Age: All age groups are welcome.
  • Physical limitations: All participants must be able to get into the back of the jeep.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

  • Duration: The tour is approximately 5 hours long.
  • What’s included:
    • A guided jeep tour through Big Cypress
    • A cooler with water and room for anything you’d like to bring
    • Natural bug spray 
    • Flashlights, head lamps & night vision binoculars
  • Who will be present: You will have a guide with you at all times; also, other guests may be joining (up to 10 people).
  • Spectators: No spectators are allowed, everyone must have a reservation.
  • Photo/ video: You may take your own photos.

How to prepare?

  • Weather dependency: Rain or shine, the experience will be running.
  • Arrival: Plan to arrive 10 minutes in advance.
  • Parking: Parking is available on site.
  • What to wear: Casual attire appropriate for the day’s weather.
  • What to bring:
    • Sunglasses
    • Bug & Sun spray
    • Binoculars
    • Snacks if you’d like
  • Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: You will stop for bathroom breaks.

As darkness descends, you'll bear witness to the wild's captivating transformation, delving into the enigmatic world of nocturnal creatures, including the elusive pythons.

The specially designed safari-style jeeps come equipped with optimal lighting, offering you the perfect vantage point to explore the wilderness after sunset, ensuring an adventure like no other.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 48 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 48 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.

I've had numerous families fish with me during the day and then embark on the Dark Sky Tour in the evening. Dusk in the Everglades is truly a one-of-a-kind experience.
