What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: 2.5 hours
• What’s included: Complimentary snacks and bottled water will be provided
• Who will be present: The experience will be guided by a captain, and there will be other guests on board, minimum of 4 and up to 6 passengers total
• Spectators: No spectators are allowed, everyone must have a reservation
• Photo/video: You may take your own photos. Photos are encouraged!
  Specific rules to follow: Smoking is not allowed on the boat.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: Rain or shine, the experience will run (subject to weather conditions at the captain’s discretion)
• Arrival: Plan to arrive 15 minutes in advance to board
• Parking: Parking is available at the marina
• What to wear: Wear comfortable clothing and shoes suitable for being on a boat
• What to bring: You may bring personal items like sunscreen, cameras, and phones; however, large bags and coolers are not allowed.
• Restrooms/lockers/changing rooms: No changing rooms, but restrooms are available at the marina

Anything else I should know before going on this experience?

• This experience sails with a minimum of 4 passengers. If the minimum is not met, the experience may be rescheduled or canceled.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 7 days before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 7 days in advance means losing the value of your experience.
