Take a two-hour pedal bike pub crawl through Deep Ellum, offering a private party experience for up to 15 people. What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: 2 hours
• What’s included: 
  • Friendly guide/driver and 2-3 stops
  • Alcohol is not included, but you are welcome to BYOB and drink on the trolley in between stops. Hard liquor and glass bottles are not allowed.
  • A cooler is provided as well as ice and cups. 
  • Food is not included, but allowed on board.
  • Sound system, tablet with music, and LED lights for the perfect party ambiance.
• Who will be present: You will have a guide with you at all times as well as the members of your group (between 6 and 15 participants).
• Spectators: No spectators are allowed, everyone must be included in the reservation.
• Photo/ video: Photos and video are encouraged!
• Specific rules to follow: Everyone must sign a waiver prior to the tour. No glass or hard liquor on board. All alcoholic beverages must stay on the vehicle.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: Rain or shine, the experience will be running.
• Arrival: Plan to arrive 20 minutes in advance
• Parking: There is not parking directly at the meeting location. Free parking is available nearby on the street on a first-come, first-serve basis. However, taking an Uber or Lyft is highly recommended. 
• What to wear: Comfortable clothing appropriate for the weather conditions and comfortable shoes you can pedal in. High heels and long, flowing dresses are not recommended.
• What to bring:
  • Valid government issued ID if you are consuming alcohol
  • A cooler is provided as well as ice and cups, but you can pack your own cooler if desire
  • Your favorite beer, wine, hard ciders, seltzers, etc... (no glass containers or hard liquor and mixed drinks)
  • Water to stay hydrated and snacks if desired
  • Gratuity for your guide is appreciated if you enjoy the experience. Suggested gratuity is $75-$100 per group.
• Restrooms: Restrooms will be available at stops along the tour.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 14 days before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 14 days in advance means losing the value of your experience.
