Who will be present: A guide will be present to provide commentary throughout the tour. Other guests will be joining the experience.
Spectators: No spectators are allowed. All participants must have a ticket.
Photo/ video: You are welcome to take your own photos during the tour.

How to prepare?

Weather dependency: Rain or shine, the tour will run.
Arrival: Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled tour time.
Parking: Parking is available nearby at your discretion.
What to wear: Comfortable clothing, and be prepared for weather changes, especially for the open-air top deck.
What to bring:
- A camera or phone for photos.
- Water is allowed, but no food or alcoholic beverages.
Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: No restrooms or lockers are available on the bus.

Vouchers can be redeemed at the City Sightseeing Kiosk located at the corner of 6th and Chestnut Street.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 48 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 48 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
