Who can you accommodate for?

Children: Children 1-5 are free however we cannot guarantee them a seat. If the bus is full they may have to sit on a lap. If someone wants a guaranteed seat they need to purchase this.
Pets: No pets are allowed on this tour.
Individuals with disabilities: Please email this experience provider at least 24 hours in advance of the tour to request a wheelchair-accessible vehicle.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

Duration: 2 hours
What’s included: The guided tour and transportation is included.
Who will be present: You will have a guide with you at all times as well as other participants. Vehicle will depend on the group size.
Spectators: Everyone 6 years and older must have a ticket.
Photo/ video: Yes. While photography and filming are not allowed on the bus portion of the tour, there are some great spots for taking photos and videos at our numerous stops along the way. You may take photos out of the window at the various locations your guide is highlighting.

How to prepare?

Weather dependency: Rain or shine, the experience will be running.
Arrival: Please arrive a few minutes in advance.
What to wear: While this tour is in a vehicle, please dress comfortably and for the weather as there will be a few stops along the way.
What to bring:
- No food or drinks are served on the tour, but you can feel free to bring something of your own if it is neat and you’re sure to remove all garbage from the bus at the end of the tour. There may be a few quick stops where you can grab something during the tour. Alcohol is completely prohibited on the bus.
Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: There are not changing rooms, but we will stop for bathroom breaks.

Anything else I should know before going on this experience?

Will this be on a double decker bus? No, our buses do not have two decks. Depending on the size of your group, your tour might be in a coach bus, mini bus, Sedan, SUV, or sprinter.
Is there ever a circumstance when a location is omitted from the tour? While it is extremely rare, we do sometimes need to skip or modify certain locations that usually are part of the tour. Since the tour is visiting real-life locations, the tour’s itinerary can sometimes be impacted by traffic conditions, store hours, etc.
Are we on the bus the whole tour? Absolutely not! The tour takes place on a coach bus since the locations are spread out throughout the city. Each tour will get off the bus at a number of different locations along the way, giving you the opportunity to experience the locations and take pictures. Whenever you leave the bus, it is with the tour guide. The tour includes a mix of on-the-bus viewings of locations and stops to get off the bus to explore, all woven into the story of how they relate to the TV shows and movies that have portrayed them on the big and small screens.
Are food and drinks included in the tour? Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 48 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 48 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
