What to expect on the day of the experience?

• What's included:
  • A fully guided holiday-themed evening bus tour aboard a luxury glass-top convertible bus with live narration by an expert local guide, bottled water on board, and guided walks at each stop.
    • Stops include the Hudson Yards "Shine Bright" holiday light show (2 million lights synced to music), the High Line Park, the Wall Street Christmas Tree (by the Stock Exchange and Federal Hall), the South Street Seaport and Pier 17 (Brooklyn Bridge views + food stop), and Grand Central Terminal (inside guided tour).
    • The tour concludes at Rockefeller Center. Food and drinks at the South Street Seaport stop are optional and not included in the ticket price.
    • Gratuities are not included.
• Who will be present: A professional local tour guide and driver will be with the group at all times. Bus capacity is limited to keep group size small and intimate. Large same-party groups will be kept together to the extent possible; seating is first-come, first-served.
• Spectators: No spectators are allowed; all guests must have a reservation.
• Photo/video: Photos and videos are encouraged.
• Specific rules to follow: Luggage is not permitted on board. Full-size baby strollers cannot be accommodated; collapsible strollers that fit under a seat are acceptable. Guests who prefer not to exit the bus at every stop may remain on board.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: Rain or shine, the tour will be running. The glass-top bus is climate-controlled and convertible for weather protection.
• Arrival: Plan to arrive at least 15–20 minutes before the 5:30 PM departure. Seats are held up to 10 minutes before departure; after that, outstanding reservations may be marked as "no shows." 
• Parking: Paid parking options are available near Times Square via SpotHero (spothero.com) or Google Maps.
• What to wear: Comfortable clothing and good walking shoes are recommended. Evening temperatures in NYC can be cool — a warm layer is advisable, especially for outdoor stops and the High Line walk.
• What to bring:
  • The booking confirmation email
  • Cash or card for optional food and drinks at the South Street Seaport/Pier 17 stop.
  • Tips for the guide and driver are not included (standard rate: 15%, or $8–$10 per person).

Anything else I should know?

• The tour starts at the Winter Garden Theater, on 7th Avenue between 50th and 51st Streets and concludes at Rockefeller Center (approximately one block from the start).
• The tour is closed on: Christmas Eve (Dec 24), Christmas Day (Dec 25), and New Year's Eve (Dec 31).

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 24 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
