Any restrictions to participate?

• Age: Suitable for all ages, though children 13 and under must be accompanied by an adult or guardian 14 or older.
• Height: Riders must be at least 40 inches (102 cm) tall.
• Health limitations: Not recommended for guests who are pregnant or sensitive to motion or heights.

Who can you accommodate for?

• Children: All participants must pay to participate, children included. After 5 p.m. on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, Navy Pier's Youth Escort Policy requires guests under 21 to be accompanied.
• Individuals with disabilities: The attraction is wheelchair accessible, with transfer seating or stationary seat options and elevator access available.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: The full visit runs about 30 minutes, including the pre-show, with a 9-minute flight segment.
• What's included: One pre-show and one flight film (Single Feature).
• Who will be present: Other guests will be seated alongside you in the same motion-seat row for the flight.
• Photo/video: Photos and video are welcome in the lobby and entrance area. Once inside the pre-show and flight, all photography, video, and audio recording are prohibited to protect the copyrighted film content. Flyover may also photograph or film guests in and around the attraction for promotional use.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: This is an entirely indoor experience that runs rain or shine, any time of year.
• Arrival: Tickets are timed, so plan to arrive ahead of the scheduled showtime.
• Parking: Paid on-site parking is available in Navy Pier's East and West Garages.
• What to wear: Casual, comfortable clothing works best; loose layers are fine since the ride includes light wind and mist effects.
• What to bring:
  • A valid smartphone ticket, which can be scanned at the entrance to skip the kiosks

• This is the Single Feature ticket, covering one pre-show and one flight; a Double Feature option is also available for guests who want two films.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 24 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
