Any restrictions to participate?

• Age: 7+
  • One adult is required to supervise youth participants per Forest Escape game. Youth participants are those age 15 and under. They can supervise as a participant or as a non-participant.

Who can you accommodate for?

• Pets: Pets are not permitted.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: 60 minutes.
• What’s included: 
  • Admission to the experience and all supplies needed.
• Who will be present: You’ll only participate with your group, so make sure to pick your teammates wisely. Min 3 and max 10 participants.
• Spectators: This is for the participants of the game only.
• Photo/ video: You are welcome to take photos and videos.
• Specific rules to follow: Your instructors will give all rules the day of the experience.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: Go Ape will operate rain or shine but close for dangerous weather, such as thunderstorms or high winds. If we happen to close on the day of your event, we’ll contact you as soon as possible to reschedule.
• Arrival: Plan to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled session time.
• Parking: There is available parking on site.
• What to wear: Wear comfortable clothing based on the weather. We recommend fully enclosed shoes, though they are not required.
• What to bring:
  • You may want to bring a change of clothing for the journey home.
• Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: There will be restrooms, changing rooms and lockers on site.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 7 days before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 7 days in advance means losing the value of your experience.
