Then, glide over the bustling heart of Downtown San Francisco, catching Oracle Park and the sprawling urban landscape below, before marveling at the vibrant hues of Alamo Square's Painted Ladies and the lush expanse of Golden Gate Park from above.

Weight: Total combined weight for all passengers cannot exceed 500 pounds.

Who can you accommodate for?

Children: The experience provider allows both children and infants on board. They have limited ear protection headsets, and recommend parents bring their own noise cancellation headsets or earplugs for their infants.
- Infants ages 0-2 can fly on parents’ laps at no additional charge. Children 3 and up must have their own seat and be included in the package price.
Pets: Service dogs are allowed on flights where needed. If dogs are under 15 pounds, they must be secured in a crate.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

Duration: 25-30 Minutes of flight time.
What’s included: A piloted helicopter tour with stories and history of the area below along the way.
Who will be present: You will always have a pilot with you and the members of your group.
Spectators: No spectators are allowed, everyone must have a reservation.

How to prepare?

Weather dependency: All flights are subject to cancellation for severe weather. This determination is made by the pilot up to 30 minutes before the scheduled flight. These flights are available to be rebooked for up to one year from the original flight.
- Fog can come and go at any time. We will try our best to fly you over the bridge or alternate the flight route so that you can get the best view of the bridge possible.
Arrival: Please have your group check in no less than 30 minutes before your flight. Flights depart on time and will not be held for late arriving parties. You will not receive a refund for missed flights.
Parking: There is free parking available at the heliport.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 72 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 72 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
