Any restrictions to participate?

Age: Passengers must be at least 7 years of age
Weight: 300 lbs per passenger - passengers weighing 300 pounds (136 kg) or more will be charged for an additional comfort seat. All airplane passengers will be weighed at the time of check-in.
Health limitations: It's recommended that pregnant women check with the healthcare provider if flying is allowed.
Physical limitations: The airplanes are wheelchair accessible.

Who can you accommodate for?

Children: Adults and children need a ticket
Languages: Narrations are available in Chinese - Mandarin & Cantonese, Dutch, English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, and Spanish.
Pets: No pets allowed.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

Duration:
- Tour Duration: Approximately 7 hours hotel-to-hotel
- Flight Duration: 70-minute, round trip flight to Grand Canyon West Rim
- Approximately 3.5 - 4 hours at Grand Canyon West

Specific rules to follow:
- All passengers are required to reconfirm their tour at least 24 hours in advance by contacting our reservations department at 702-835-8477. Please have your reservation number available. The partner's specialists are available daily from 5:00 am to 11:00 pm (Pacific Time). Reservations without confirmed pick-up information will be wait-listed.
- Baggage Restrictions - Purses, backpacks, and other baggage are not permitted on the aircraft due to limited space.
Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: Restrooms available

Anything else I should know before going on this experience?

Pilot gratuity is not included and is left to individual discretion.
FUEL SURCHARGE: Due to the increased price of aviation fuel, a temporary fuel surcharge between $5 - $30 per seat is in effect and is collected at the time of check-in.

Sample Itinerary:

Hotel Pick-up: Passengers picked up from most major hotels in Las Vegas 1.5 hours before departure.
Boulder City Terminal: Clients arrive for check-in; passengers 18+ present valid government-issued photo ID.
Flight to Grand Canyon West: Board airplane for a 35-minute scenic flight over Hoover Dam, Lake Mead, and Colorado River.
Helicopter Descent: Arrive at Grand Canyon West airport; board helicopter for a 5-7 minute descent to the canyon floor.
River Float Trip: Hike to the river's base, board pontoon boat for a 1-mile float trip on the Colorado River (15 minutes).
Return Flight and Canyon Exploration: Helicopter back to the rim, transfers to viewpoints for self-guided exploration of Eagle Point and Guano Point.
Scenic Stops: Explore Eagle Point, home to the Grand Canyon Skywalk, and Guano Point with fantastic canyon views.
Return to Boulder City: Flight back to Boulder Terminal, followed by convenient transfers to Las Vegas hotels.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 48 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 48 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience. Flights are subject to cancellation due to lack of passenger demand, weather, etc.
