Any restrictions to participate?

• Age: 21+ with a full driver’s license
• Weight: Combined weight cannot exceed 850 pounds.
• Health limitations: Not for pregnant women.
• Physical limitations: Not recommended for those with neck or back injuries.
• Experience level: All levels are welcome.

Who can you accommodate for?

• Children: Participants must be able to sit unaided, and if under the age of 4 they must wear a life vest. All participants under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. 
• Pets: Sorry, no pets allowed.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: 1 hour with 50 minutes of driving. 
• What’s included: Guided adventure, expert guide and safety briefing
• Who will be present: You will have a guide with you at all times, and will be in the vehicle with your group members only. There may be another vehicle with participants on the same tour. 
• Spectators: Spectators are welcome to watch from a designated table.
• Photo/ video: Photos are encouraged!
• Specific rules to follow: Your guide will go over all the rules prior to the tour. No alcohol or BBQ’s are allowed.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: Rain or shine, the experience will be running. In the event of extreme weather, like thunderstorms, the experience provider will reach out to you. If you have any questions regarding the weather, please reach out to the tour provider directly. 
• Arrival: Plan to arrive 30 minutes in advance.
• Parking: There is parking available onsite.
• What to wear: Comfortable clothing appropriate for the weather conditions and that you do not mind getting dirty. Closed toe shoes are required. 
• What to bring:
  • Current driver’s license
  • Hat and sunglasses
  • Bottle of water and snacks are welcome
  • Gratuity for your guide is not included and greatly appreciated if you enjoy the experience.

   

• Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: Restrooms and a changing area are available onsite.

Anything else I should know before going on this experience?

• Every person visiting the property is required to sign a waiver release form whether taking part in an adventure or not.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes past the reserved time are considered as no shows and are non refundable.
