Skip the passport and head straight to Washington, DC for a hands-on pasta-making class that brings a taste of Italy to the city. This beginner-friendly experience, led by Chef Sheila, teaches participants how to craft fresh fettuccine from scratch—starting with flour and eggs and ending with perfectly rolled, cut noodles. You'll also whip up a classic pomodoro sauce using fresh, simple ingredients that let the flavors speak for themselves. It’s a relaxed, no-pressure setting that welcomes curious beginners and enthusiastic home cooks alike.
The class includes everything needed to cook from start to finish, with ingredients and equipment provided onsite. Guests work in small groups, so expect a collaborative and social vibe—great for date nights, outings with friends, or solo adventurers looking to try something new. The event takes place at a local DC venue with drinks available for purchase. Just show up 15 minutes early, ready to roll, cook, and enjoy the process (and the results).

    What to expect on the day of the experience?
  • Duration: 2 hours
  • What’s included: All cooking equipment and ingredients are provided
  • Who will be present: A professional chef will lead the class; participants will work in groups of 2–5, with up to 26 guests total
  • Spectators: No spectators are allowed, everyone must have a ticket
  • Photo/ video: Photography is allowed and encouraged.
  • Specific rules to follow: Outside drinks are not allowed; drinks are available for purchase from the venue
    How to prepare?
  • Weather dependency: This is an indoor experience
  • Arrival: Plan to arrive 15 minutes early for check-in
  • Parking: You can park at the experience location.
  • What to wear: We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and shoes. Please dress in clothing you won't mind getting dirty.
  • What to bring: No outside food or drink allowed; all materials provided
  • Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: Restrooms available onsite

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 15 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 48 hours before the class for groups of less than 6 people and 14 days for groups of 6 people or more. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly.
