Children: Free for children 3 and under.
Individuals with disabilities: There are wheelchair accessible vessels in the fleet. However, not all vessels and decks are considered accessible. Please call in advance to determine if the cruise is wheelchair accessible.
Pets: Service animals are allowed on board.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

Specific rules to follow: Smoking is not permitted inside the boat, and we cannot guarantee there will be a designated space to smoke on every boat.

How to prepare?

Weather dependency: Rain or shine, the experience will be running.
Arrival: Plan to arrive at least 30 minutes in advance to board the boat.
Parking: Pay-to-park options are available (next to the USS Midway) at Broadway.
What to wear: Casual attire (khakis, nice jeans, dresses, button up shirts, blouses)
What to bring: You may not bring explosives, firearms, illegal substances, or any articles of a dangerous or damaging nature, as determined in our sole discretion, that could be harmful to yourself or others.
Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: There will be restrooms on board.

Covering over 20 miles, you'll witness the beauty of Seaport Village, Shelter Island, Coronado Island, Point Loma, and Cabrillo National Monument, while spotting enchanting marine animals and majestic sea birds. Learn about local environmental efforts to protect these creatures, capture stunning photos and videos, and enjoy refreshments from the fully stocked snack bar throughout the tour.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 48 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 48 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
