Any restrictions to participate?

• Age: All age groups are welcome
• Weight: One person cannot exceed 300 lbs and the total weight for 3 passengers cannot exceed 550 lbs. All passengers must be willing to be weighed for safety.
• Health limitations: We kindly request that pregnant women who are 36 weeks or further along in their pregnancy refrain from flying for their own comfort and safety.

Who can you accommodate for?

• Children: Infants up to 2 years old (under 30 lbs/14 kg) may sit on a lap and fly for free
• Individuals with disabilities: Not wheelchair accessible
• Languages: English & German
• Pets: Sorry, no pets allowed

What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: Approximately 15 minutes of flight time
• What’s included:
  • Helicopter tour guided by your FAA certified pilot in a Robinson R44 helicopter with in-flight commentary
  • All taxes, fees and handling charges
  • Headsets
  • Window seat
• Who will be present: A licensed pilot and up to 3 passengers total in the helicopter per ride. Groups of 4 or more will be split across rides
• Spectators: No spectators are allowed, all participants must have a reservation
• Photo/ video: Personal photos and videos are allowed
• Specific rules to follow: Arrive on time as late arrivals may forfeit the flight

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: Flights are subject to change due to weather such as heavy rain, low cloud ceilings, lightning, or strong winds. If canceled, a new date or full refund will be offered
• Arrival: Plan to arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time
• Parking: Parking is available at the departure location
• What to wear: Comfortable clothing, avoid loose items that may blow away during the flight
• What to bring: Adults must bring a valid ID.
• Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: Restrooms available at departure location

Anything else I should know before going on this experience?

• A minimum of 2 people per booking is required
• Failure to show up without notice will result in cancellation without refund

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 24hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
