• Weight: Maximum 300 lbs per seat; maximum combined passenger weight is 600 lbs. Passengers will be weighed prior to the flight.
• Health limitations: Not recommended for guests appearing intoxicated.
• Physical limitations: Guests must be able to safely board the helicopter and wear a seatbelt.

Who can you accommodate for?

• Children: Children are welcome. Toddlers under 23 months may ride on a parent’s lap for free. Children 24+ months must have a ticket.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: Approximately 8-10 minutes of flight time.
• What’s included: an 8–10 minute aerial tour over Davis Island, Downtown Tampa, and Hillsborough Bay with a professional pilot, offering stunning skyline views and the chance to spot dolphins and other marine life below.
• Who will be present: A licensed pilot will operate the helicopter. Flights can accommodate 2 passengers.
• Spectators: Only ticketed passengers may board the aircraft. Non-flying companions may wait at the airport.
• Photo/ video: Guests may bring cameras, but all devices must be secured with a safety lanyard. Photos are encouraged.
• Specific rules to follow:
  • Waiver and liability release must be signed prior to flight.
  • No hats, flip flops, or loose items allowed on board.
  • Bags, purses, and backpacks are prohibited.
  • Phones, keys, and wallets must be stowed in pockets facing inward.
  • Alcohol consumption is prohibited unless provided.

How to prepare?

• Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: Restrooms available at the airport. No lockers or storage for personal items.

• Flights may be canceled or rescheduled if passenger weight limits are exceeded or if guests appear intoxicated.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 24 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
