Finely milled, pharmaceutical-grade salt fills the air while guests simply sit back, breathe, and let the negative ions do their work, easing congestion, calming inflammation, and supporting clearer breathing.

• Age: All age groups are welcome; children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult during family hours.
• Health limitations: Guests with contagious illnesses, fever, active respiratory infections, or severe uncontrolled respiratory conditions should consult a physician before participating.

• Children: Children under 12 years old can join but must be accompanied by an adult, especially during designated family hours.
• Individuals with disabilities: The facility is wheelchair accessible and service animals are allowed in accordance with applicable regulations.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: Approximately 45 minutes.
• What's included: A halotherapy session in a zero-gravity chair inside the salt room, where pharmaceutical-grade salt is dispersed as a dry aerosol into the air.
• Who will be present: A staff member will assist with check in and orientation, and other guests may be sharing the salt room during the session.
• Photo/video: Personal photos may be taken before or after the session if they do not disturb other guests.
• Specific rules to follow: Remain quiet during the session, silence mobile devices, and follow all staff instructions.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: This is an indoor experience.
• Arrival: Plan to arrive 10 to 15 minutes before the scheduled session.
• Parking: Complimentary parking is available onsite.
• What to wear: Comfortable clothing is recommended and light colored clothing is preferred, since a small amount of salt residue may collect on fabrics.
• What to bring: A valid reservation confirmation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 24 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
