  • Physical limitations: Minimal walking is required on the island; seating is available.
    Who can you accommodate for?
  • Children: All participants must have a boarding pass, including infants under 3 years old.
  • Individuals with disabilities: The Jungle Queen Riverboat and Tropical Isle are wheelchair accessible. Service animals are allowed. Special seating (including armless chairs) can be arranged upon request.
  • Dietary restrictions: The menu is fixed (BBQ ribs, chicken tenders, sides). Vegetarian or special dietary meals are not available. Guests with allergies should note this when booking.
  • Pets: No pets allowed, except service animals.
    What to expect on the day of the experience?
  • Duration: Approximately 4 hours. The sightseeing cruise to the island is just under 1 hour each way.
  • What’s included: Narrated sightseeing cruise, all-you-can-eat BBQ dinner, Polynesian dinner show, and return cruise.
  • Who will be present: Narrated tour guide, crew, and other guests (capacity up to 385 passengers).
