What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: Approximately 2 hours.

• Who will be present: A live instructor leading the session and other participants joining remotely from their kitchens.
• Spectators: Only registered participants may attend.
• Photo/ video: Participants may record themselves cooking for personal use. The school does not guarantee recordings of the full class.
• Specific rules to follow: Join on time, prepare ingredients in advance, and follow the chef’s instructions for safety and pacing.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: This is an indoor, online experience.
• Arrival: Log in 10 minutes before class to check your internet connection and camera setup.
• What to wear: Comfortable clothing suitable for cooking; tie back long hair and avoid loose sleeves or jewelry.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 7 days before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 7 days in advance means losing the value of your experience.
