Any restrictions to participate?

• Age: All age groups are welcome.
• Physical limitations: Riders should be able to operate and balance an electric bike. Not recommended for individuals who cannot perform these activities safely.
• Experience level: All levels are welcome, though basic biking skills are recommended.

Who can you accommodate for?

• Children: Bike trailers can be added for small children who cannot ride on their own.
• Individuals with disabilities: The experience might not be suitable for individuals with certain disabilities that prevent safe operation of an electric bike.
• Pets: Pets are not allowed on the bikes.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: Available from 8 am to 4:30 pm.
• What’s included: Electric bike rental, helmet, bike lock, cell phone holder for GPS navigation, a map with suggested routes and places, and optional trailers for small children or beach gear.
• Who will be present: You will be assisted by the staff at the beginning for setup and safety briefing; the tour itself is self-guided.
• Photo/ video: You are encouraged to bring your own camera or phone to capture your experience.
• Specific rules to follow: Follow all local traffic laws and regulations, use bike lanes where available, and ensure the electric bike is locked when unattended.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: The experience is weather-dependent; please check local weather forecasts and prepare accordingly.
• Arrival: Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your intended rental start time to complete any necessary paperwork and receive your equipment.
• Parking: Available at the storefront location.
• What to wear: Comfortable clothing suitable for biking, closed-toe shoes.
• What to bring:
  • Essential: Water bottle, sunscreen, sunglasses.
  • What’s allowed: Backpacks or small bags that can be securely attached to the bike.
  • What’s not allowed: Large bags or any item that could interfere with the operation of the bike.

• Plan your route in advance to make the most of your rental period. The provided map and GPS holder will help you navigate to the best spots in Kailua and surrounding beaches.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 48 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 48 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
