What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Who will be present: You will be accompanied by a guide throughout the tour. Other guests will also be part of the tour, enhancing a group experience.
• Photo/video: Guests are encouraged to take photos to capture their experience; however, photography restrictions may apply at certain locations.
• Specific rules to follow: Adherence to the guide’s instructions and respect for all tour sites and fellow participants is expected.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: The tour operates rain or shine; please dress accordingly.
• Arrival: Plan to arrive at the designated meeting point (KOA Kailua-Kona Airport) at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
• Parking: Parking is available at the meeting point; further details will be provided upon booking.
• What to wear: Comfortable walking shoes and weather-appropriate clothing.
• What to bring: Water, sunscreen, camera, and a hat. Lunch is on your own, so bring money for food.
• Restrooms/lockers/changing rooms: Restrooms are available at various stops throughout the tour. There are no lockers or changing rooms, so carry only what you need.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 7 days before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 7 days in advance means losing the value of your experience.
