Whether you're unwinding after an action-packed day or opting for a laid-back outing, the lake's calm waters invite you to float, glide, and paddle at your own pace. Choose your style of aquatic exploration with options including pedal boats, single kayaks, double kayaks for tandem adventures, or canoes that accommodate up to three people.

Enjoy unrestricted access to kayak, pedal, or paddle across the glistening waters of The Quarry with a pass that includes all necessary gear like life jackets and paddles. This flexible pass allows entry at any time during operational hours on the date of your pass, offering the freedom to start your water escapades whenever you feel like it. Keep in mind, peak hours might require a bit of patience as lines form, but the tranquil experience of paddling across the Quarry is well worth the wait.

Any restrictions to participate?

  • Age: All age groups are welcome

Who can you accommodate for:

  • Children: All participants under 18 years old must be supervised by a parent or guardian.
  • Individuals with disabilities: The park offers single kayaks and canoes with specialized seats, outriggers, and adaptive handles. Guests can use the accessible dock to transfer from their assistive devices and easily make their way onto the water.
  • Pets: Dogs are not allowed in the water or on any boat, kayak or canoe. However, the facility is dog-friendly, but dogs must remain on leash and with their owners at all times. Guests are fully responsible for their dogs and must clean up after their four-legged friends!

What to expect on the day of the experience?

    • Choose pedal boat, single kayak, double kayak or canoe (limit 3)
  • Who will be present: This is a self-guided adventure with your group. It is a public facility so there will be many other guests visiting as well.
  • Spectators: Friends and family may join to watch the activities. Admission is always free, but you must pay to play! 
  • Photo/ video: Photos and video are encouraged, however drones are strictly prohibited.
  • Specific rules to follow: Outside food and beverages including coolers are prohibited. All guests must sign a waiver prior to entry.

How to prepare?

  • Weather dependency: All activities proceed rain, snow, or shine. In the event of adverse weather, some or all activities may be unavailable. Guests with impacted reservations will be communicated with via email.
  • Arrival: Plan to arrive promptly at your scheduled time.
  • Parking: There is free parking available onsite. 
  • What to wear: Comfortable athletic/outdoor water clothing appropriate for the weather (dressing in layers is always a good choice). Closed toed shoes that will stay securely on your feet like sneakers. It is also suggested to bring a hat or bandana. 
  • What to bring: Photo ID, reusable water bottle, hair tie, sunscreen, bug spray, and sun hat/clothing, as well as a towel and change of clothes (just in case). 
  • Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: Restrooms are available onsite, but there are no lockers or changing rooms.

 

Anything else I should know before going on this experience?

  • They are a cashless operation, and currently accept credit card swipe/chip pay, as well as debit only.
  • There are 4 dining options available to purchase food and drinks.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 7 days before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 7 days in advance means losing the value of your experience.
