Inside the Shoppes at Mandalay Place in Las Vegas, Nevada, this icy hideaway drops the temperature well below freezing and swaps every surface, from the walls to the seating, for hand carved ice. Guests are bundled up in a provided parka and gloves before wandering through the glowing sculptures and icy details, with plenty of spots along the way for photos. The package includes entry to the attraction, gloves, use of a parka, and two specialty cocktails served in a glass made entirely of ice.

It makes for a refreshing, one of a kind pause in the middle of a Las Vegas Strip adventure.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: There is no strict time limit, though most guests spend 30 to 45 minutes inside.
• What's included: Entry to the ice attraction, gloves, use of a parka, and 2 ice cocktails, with non-alcoholic mocktail substitutions available on request.
• Who will be present: Other guests will be present throughout the visit. Private group bookings are available for parties of 20 or more.
• Photo/video: You may take your own photos, and there is also a professional photographer onsite you can buy photos from. Photos are encouraged!

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: This is an indoor experience held at 23 degrees Fahrenheit with no wind or humidity, so it runs rain or shine.
• Arrival: No reservation is required. Typical wait times run 5 to 15 minutes, even during busy periods. The venue is located inside The Shoppes at Mandalay Place, above the escalators near Starbucks and House of Blues.
• What to wear: Regular clothing is fine. A warm parka and gloves are provided at check-in.
• What to bring:

  • A valid government-issued photo ID

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.
