Any restrictions to participate?

• Age: Spa services and private sessions are for guests 16 and older. A minor release form is required.

• Pets: Pets are not allowed in spa areas, except service animals. Dogs are welcome only in the resort's Cottages.

How to prepare?

• Arrival: Hotel check-in is at 4:00pm and check-out is at 11:00am. For the session, plan to check in 15 minutes early; guests may arrive up to an hour early to enjoy the spa.
• Parking: Nightly valet parking is $35.
• What to wear:
  • Loose, comfortable clothing that's easy to relax in while lying still
  • A light layer or cozy socks, since the body can cool down during deep relaxation
  • Minimal jewelry and accessories for a more comfortable, distraction-free session

• Reservations require at least 7 days' notice and are subject to availability. Blackout dates apply.
• The resort fee covers daily guest experiences, local shuttle transportation, fitness center access, digital New York Times access, and complimentary bottled water.
• A complimentary on-demand resort shuttle runs 24/7 within about 1.5 miles of the resort.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 24 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking.
