Any restrictions to participate?

• Age: 17+
• Weight: Participants over 250 lbs will need to fly in the R44 due to aircraft weight restrictions.
• Health limitations: Participants should be in good health and able to handle mild physical activity.
• Experience level: This experience is suitable for beginners as well as those looking to log hours for commercial pilot training.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: The experience lasts between 60 to 90 minutes, including pre-flight instruction and in-flight training.
• What’s included: Classroom instruction with a Certified Flight Instructor, 30 or 60 minutes of dual flight time, and use of the R44 helicopter.
• Who will be present: A Certified Flight Instructor will accompany you at all times during the flight.
• Photo/video: Participants are welcome to bring cameras to capture their flying experience.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: Flight training is weather dependent; cancellations due to adverse weather will be rescheduled.
• Arrival: Arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled flight time for pre-flight preparations and instructions.
• What to wear: Wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes. Sunglasses are recommended for glare.
• What to bring: Bring government-issued photo ID and a camera if you wish to take photographs.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 24 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
